Mr. Bean’s Restaurant in Singapore isn’t exactly a regular sit-down place. It’s more like a popular snack shop called Mr. Bean. They’ve been around since 1995 and have over 80 spots across the island. They’re known for their affordable snacks like beancurd, soya milk, and pastries. They’re loved by students, workers, and families because they’re easy to find, fast, and cheap. They serve both local and international snacks and use good ingredients. Some of their popular items include the Spicy Chicken Mayo Eggwich, Icy Lychee Pop, Chicken Meatballs Dry Noodle, and Grass Jelly Beancurd.
During my recent visit to Mr Bean at Raffles Place MRT Station in Singapore, I tried the Chicken Meatballs Dry Noodle, Custard Pancake, and Sea Salt Gula Melaka Beancurd. The Chicken Meatballs Dry Noodle was a delicious and satisfying dish, with tender meatballs and perfectly cooked noodles. The total cost of my meal was S$16.85. The Custard Pancake was also a delightful treat, with a soft texture and a sweet, creamy custard filling that melted in my mouth. The Sea Salt Gula Melaka Beancurd was a standout dessert due to its unique combination of savoury sea salt and sweet gula melaka. The service was quick and efficient, which is ideal for a busy location like an MRT station. Based on the quality and taste of the food, I found it to be good value for money. I would recommend Mr Bean to anyone looking for a tasty and convenient meal or snack.
