I had a lovely dining experience at Din Tai Fung, situated at 2 Bayfront Avenue in Singapore. The restaurant had a welcoming and efficiently managed atmosphere. I ordered Fried Rice with Eggs, Stewed Bean Curd Cubes with Honey Sauce, Oriental Wanton with Black Vinegar & Chilli Oil, and Plain Noodle, which came to a total of S$38.50. The fried rice was perfectly cooked, with each grain of rice distinct and the flavor well-balanced. The bean curd cubes in honey sauce had a delightful sweet and savoury taste. The oriental wantons were a highlight, with the black vinegar and chili oil providing a tangy and spicy kick that complemented the dumplings well. The plain noodles were simple yet satisfying, making a good side dish to the flavorful main courses. The service was prompt and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable.
